General rental conditions

1. Purpose

Online booking allows you to rent a vehicle from the ADS Concept Car fleet for a fixed period, paid in advance, with a bank pre-authorisation as security deposit.

2. Driver requirements

Minimum age: 21. A driving licence valid for at least 3 years, uploaded (front/back) at the time of booking. An identity document is presented when the keys are handed over.

3. Price, deposit and excess

The price includes the daily mileage stated on the vehicle's listing; additional kilometres are charged according to the scale displayed at the showroom.

The security deposit takes the form of a bank pre-authorisation for the amount of the category's excess: it is never debited except in the event of damage or breach, and it is released upon return of the vehicle after the inspection.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, directly from your tracking page. After this deadline, contact the showroom — the payment may be retained.

5. Handover and return

The keys are handed over exclusively at the showroom, during opening hours, with a joint inspection of the vehicle by our team before departure and upon return.

A time-stamped photographic condition report is produced at departure and upon return. The vehicle is returned with the same fuel level.

6. Personal data

The driving licence and the condition report photos are used exclusively for the performance of the rental contract. They are stored securely and automatically deleted within 30 days if the rental does not take place.
