General terms of sale of the boutique

1. Purpose

ADS Concept Store is the online boutique for automotive art and collector’s pieces of ADS Concept Car, located on the upper floor of the Foetz showroom. Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these terms.

2. One-of-a-kind pieces and made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked “One of a kind” exist in a single example: they are withdrawn from sale as soon as payment is collected and remain displayed as “Sold”. Should two payments be collected a few seconds apart for the same piece, the second is refunded in full.

“Made to order” pieces are manufactured or sourced after payment, within the indicative timeframe stated on the listing.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made by bank card or Bancontact via our secure provider Stripe; no bank details are stored by ADS Concept Car. The order only becomes firm upon collection of payment.

Promotional codes apply to the pieces, excluding delivery charges, and cannot be combined.

4. In-store pickup

In-store pickup is free of charge, at the Foetz showroom, Monday to Saturday during opening hours. The customer is notified by e-mail as soon as their order is ready. An identity document may be requested at handover.

5. Delivery

Delivery is offered in Luxembourg, Belgium and France for deliverable pieces, with charges calculated by parcel weight and displayed before payment. Above 30 kg, or for pieces marked “in-store pickup”, delivery is subject to a quote: the order is then placed as pickup, and we offer a transport solution on request.

Delivery times are indicative. Any damaged parcel must be reported to the carrier upon receipt and to ADS Concept Car within 48 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European distance-selling law, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt (or pickup) to withdraw, by simple written request. The piece is returned in its original condition; return costs remain at the customer's expense. The refund is made within 14 days after the piece is received back.

Pieces made to measure at the customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Personal data

The contact details collected are used exclusively to process the order and follow it up. Unpaid orders are automatically deleted after 30 days. See our privacy policy.
