Online reservation conditions

1. Purpose
Online reservation allows you to hold a vehicle from the ADS Concept Car stock in return for a deposit of 1 000 €, pending completion of the sale (verification of documents, payment of the balance, handover of the vehicle).
2. Deposit
The deposit of 1 000 € is paid by bank card or Bancontact via our secure payment provider Stripe. It is deducted from the vehicle's sale price.
As soon as the deposit is collected, the vehicle is withdrawn from sale and marked “reserved”; no other reservation is possible on this vehicle.
3. Compiling the file
The reservation requires the submission of the following documents: identity document (front/back), driving licence (front/back) and proof of address less than 3 months old — supplemented, for a purchase in a company's name, by an extract from the trade register.
The team verifies the documents within 48 working hours and may ask you to resubmit a document if it is illegible or missing.
4. Refund and cancellation
If the sale does not go through due to the dealership (vehicle unavailable, file declined by the dealership), the deposit is refunded in full within 14 days.
In accordance with European distance-selling law, the consumer customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from payment of the deposit, exercisable by simple written request (e-mail or WhatsApp).
In the event of cancellation by the customer beyond this period, the dealership reserves the right to retain the deposit by way of compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Balance and pickup
The balance of the sale price is paid before the vehicle is handed over (bank transfer or payment at the showroom). Pickup takes place exclusively at the showroom, by appointment during opening hours, with a joint inspection of the vehicle by our team.
6. Personal data
The documents submitted are used exclusively to prepare the sale. They are stored securely and automatically deleted within 30 days if the sale does not go through. See our privacy policy for details of the processing.
